Kriya For Peace

You all go to offices and involve in busy lives. The mantras you chant would naturally establish the required peace in you by keeping the bad energies away. However due to karma, you are required to face some people and situations in order to get out of the Karma. After karma burning alone, your quality of life will increase.

Some people, though they have lot of money, they do not spend that money getting scared of the future days and to save for the future generations. That is their karma. Minimum, basic quality of life is required to have peace in life. Else, the life would be more like a struggle. By hurting your soul, you would not benefit anything out of it, but rather, loose the soul energies.

After coming from office or even in office when you have time, for few seconds if you close your eyes and do this kriya silently, the peace in you will radiate to the people around you. Those who want to argue with you and tussle with you also will receive this inner peace and they will naturally calm down.

Because you deal with many people in the world, you will still carry those vibrations with you after coming home. If you take shower (from head to toe) after coming home, some of those vibrations will reduce. Then if you do the following kriya, you will feel more peaceful within.  After this kirya, if you do other kriyas, (given in future lessons), you will naturally slip into higher states of meditation.  This kriya helps you like detaching or erasing all the vibes you collected during the day and then by keeping them away, you will naturally slip into meditation with the help of kriyas. You also carry some pain at times when someone hurts you. You cannot share with anyone or even if you share it will not go away due to lack of energy inside. So this Kriya will help you get rid of such pains as well or any other pains that you are carrying in your heart.

You can do the kriya as follows
  1. Sit Straight
  2. Close eyes
  3. At 3rd eye imagine the candle light or the form of Shree Guru Dakshina Murthy and chant the mantra – Oum Shreem Guru Dakshinamurthy Namaha – chant for 5 to 6 times
  4. Then do as follows
  5. Breathe in normally and start the following kriya after exhaling the natural breath through the nose.
  6. Go to chest location and say HOOOMMMM – HOOOMMMM (saying hooom twice) and then go to throat location and say OUM
  7. Then go to the 3rd eye location and say SHANTIHHHH, SHANTIHHHH, SHAANTIHEEEE  (when you say SHANTIHHHHH the breath which is there inside goes away). 3rd time, SHANTIHEEEEE (it is said, at the end it would be HEEEEEEE)
  8. Then remain without taking breath as long as you can and then repeat the kriya.
  9. You can continue doing this for 12 times, you will find lot of peace within (If you cannot do 12 times, you can do as many as you can, but please do not do more than 12). You will become like a bottle full of oil or water which is unshakable. Enjoy that peace within by chanting Guru Mantra or Aaaaauuuummm.  Sit like that for at least 5 minutes without moving quickly into the world.

While doing this kriya (in the middle) or after completion if you feel like sleepy, you can lie down. You might get into deeper levels of meditation automatically while you lie down. You might have some spiritual or soul experiences and visions. While doing this kriya, automatically may be other kriyas will start in you (in case you already experience involuntary kriyas in you). For new ones, also some kriyas might start, or they might feel like sleepy while doing this kriya, then they can lie down.

    Sometimes when I do shanti kriya, am hissing out and agitated without being angry or any cause. Then for nearly 20 minutes shedding tears uncontrollably on ShreeGuru’s lotus Feet.

    Today in the early hours at 3.30 a.m did oum kriya, viewed damarukam for long time. Kriya was going on with chin mudra for first time. Felt as though ShreeGuru was doing kriya in Guru Dakshina Murthy form♥️ 🙏🙏😊

    Now reduced the hissing , agitation while doing shanti kriya. Can very clearly feel kundalini/ consciousness climbing smoothly upwards till crown chakra. Also am laughing involuntarily too. It is like as though I have achieved something which cannot be described but only can experience it silently 🙏 😊
