Practices to do in consolidated format

You have been doing several kriyas and chanting several other mantras so far. All those were meant to tune your soul with needed energies and frequencies so that you would gear up for the advancement. Those mantras would initially tune your system of chakras, mind and intellect.
Now for not having any confusion, I here present you the Kriyas and Mantras you need to do in a consolidated way.
- Chant – Om Hariom – all times. This will be all time mantra from now onwards.
- Only three mantras you can chant now at bed time(after wake up and before sleep) and those are – 1. Om Shree Krishna Gurave Namaha, 2. Om Shree Radha-Krishnaya Namaha, 3. Hariom Satya Naa-raa-ya-naa-ya
- Kriya 1 – Just do only Kundalini Maha Mantra kriya and its variations regularly – OM, Hari-Hi-OM , Hari-Hari, Hari-Hari, Hari-Hi-OMMM (You can check the “P5-L4-Hariom Kundalini Kriya“ lesson of this kriya in 5th phase lessons).
- Kriya 2 – Do Hariom Shree Satya Naa-raa-ya-naa-ya
- You can chant previous mantras such as (five elements, Ganesha mantra, Kartikeya mantra and all whenever you feel like or probably once a week you can chant. You can probably chant each mantra for 3 times, once a week)
- No other mantras and kriyas so far said are not required from now on. Those were meant to tune your system to reach this level.
