Spirituality and basic requirements

 

This lesson is meant for both audiences …

1. Those who have involuntary kriyas
2.  And also, those who are not having the kriyas yet

Today in the world, information is so easily available and it is in just hands in the form of mobile phones. Spiritualists should know the difference between information and knowledge. Information is just like carrying unnecessary stones on your head which is of no use. Also, information is data and that gets stored in your memory in the form of impressions (sanskaras) and those impressions will turn out to be Karma and you will have to again bear the fruits of that karma. Say for example you read a book and you are so fascinated by some character of the information. Fascination means, your consciousness, your mind, your awareness capture the information from your eyes and your mind further processes the captured information in the form of thoughts and out of your thoughts, you again form some opinions and beliefs of that information. Then such beliefs and opinions plus that captured data will get stored in your memory.

Such information is like filters. Imagine you wear eye glasses and imagine some 10 filters of glass layers and you see the world through those glass layers. They won’t let you see the world or perceive the world as is. They apply their own filters and stop you from seeing the truth. That is what darkness is.

Already the souls have darkness and the darkness is further increased by such filters (formed out of the gathered information).

Excitement of Spirituality or madness of spirituality

Today, there are many people in the world, who want to pursue the path of spirituality, which is good. The basic urge and the natural urge are good. In the ancient days, when such urge was there, they used to find a physical guru and totally surrender to that Guru and then they would totally out of the faith, they used to grow as per the guidance of the Guru. Guru used to test for the years together. But today, such Gurus are also not available. Such true aspirants are also not available on the earth.

Aspirants first of all for seeking the truth need to have BHAKTI (or devotion) which actually cultivated in religions. Normal people, who do not know about spirituality and all those, they just go to temples, churches and mosques and during their prayers and all they cry. Why does it happen? Because of the devotion formed out of love for the divine that happens or sometimes, because of their pains, they cry by telling those pains to the God in whom they have the faith.

When it comes to the spiritual seeker, today, he has left his religion in which he is born and he keeps on madly going after spiritual seeking. He leaves such devotion and love for the divine and he madly gets after spirituality. Some Gurus say, spirituality is different and religions are different. That is true, but there is no spirituality with the devotion element. Imagine, you are currently studying 10^th grade in your high school. You study because, you know the alphabets. You study because, you know the basics of mathematics and numbers. But you are able to study, because you studied the alphabets and numbers which are basics of education. Imagine, without knowing alphabets and numbers you going and sitting in 10^th grade class. Will you be able to understand?

The basic foundations of devotion and love itself are not there in people. They all go to various gurus, pay some money and learn yoga classes and basics of meditation and they would go through some experiences. That is enough for them to INCREASE THEIR madness. From then on they go on a SPREE of researching online, studying various books, acquiring information. Out of such information, they further build their own opinions and beliefs which they think is their knowledge. Knowledge comes out of knowing or the experiences that soul goes through. That is also the knowledge out of experience. The higher knowledge and the true knowledge flows like a river from the source of the cosmos which comes only when one goes through the Guru. That is also a gradual journey of years and lives.

Spirituality is also a kind of attachment which slowly grows up to be like madness. It is called spiritual maya which is more dangerous than ordinary maya. In that maya, aspirants go against families, careers and some even go against Guru and practice spirituality by researching on internet and books. Several such people have gone through serious problems in life, that include family issues and health issues. Such aspirants get crazy about energies and powers. Such intentions should be removed from the minds. Life, family and health are more important than even spirituality. Only if you are alive and happy, you can practice spirituality. If you have disturbed family life and health, can you practice spirituality? So, always remember, take the spirituality in a balanced way, let the spiritual growth happen naturally. Do not compare yourself with any other spiritual person or path. Every soul is unique by itself.If you feel like developing, take some break from the lessons and just chant mantras and spend more time with family and children and in house hold works or office works.

In between the traits of the aspirant dance and he keeps showing off his knowledge (his own beliefs and opinions formed out of gathered information) to all others.

1. Vairagya (detachment) is required for even spirituality
2. Devotion
3. Universality
4. Discipline
5. Guru

These are foundations of spirituality. These five are required for an aspirant to grow in spirituality. These things cannot be learnt out of books. These things are the required ingredients of the spiritual soul. Because, they are not there in you first, you should practice to increase these things. If these things are there, spirituality is just an art that naturally comes to you from the Guru, because of his energies. The art gets loaded into you automatically. Since you do not have, these five elements, they are like blocks in a water pipe. If these blocks are removed, then automatically the water flows into you. You don’t have to work in getting the water. Guru is ready to pour water into you but these blocks obstruct.

Without having faith in the path you follow or the Guru of the path you follow, these five things will never come to the aspirant. He just remains as reader of the lessons.

Story from Bhagavat Purana
There is a story from Bhagavat Purana, I would like to mention here. Dhruva, the child of 12 year old when he goes in jungle in the search of God, he comes across an old man, who is meditating for several thousands of years. Old man will ask the boy, Dhruva, in case you find God, please ask him, when he will appear to me. For thousands of years I have been meditating but I am no way near him. Dhurva further moves on and one day God appears in front of Dhruva. So Dhruva will also God about that old man. God says “I will appear to that old man after a hundred thousand years more”. On the way back home, after seeing God, Dhruva again meets the old man and he informs the old man that “God will appear to you after a hundred thousand years more”. Then, that old man will start dancing. Dhurva will ask him “are you not upset? Because you will have to wait for hundred thousand years more?”. Then the old man says “at least I got to know now that I can wait for those many years”. Seeing the happiness of that man without being upset, God will immediately appear in front of him. That kind of faith and love are required in the path of spirituality which we don’t find in today’s aspirants.

Those many years it used to take in the ancient days (in previous eras of yugas). But, in Kaliyuga, people who try to search for God are very less. Due to this sake and also because of Kaliyuga, some relaxations are given by the NATURE (by its laws), that with little spiritual efforts, man can attain God. That is the advantage of this phase. This phase of time (Kaliyuga) is bad and the same time, spiritual aspirants can take advantage of this Nature’s relaxation.

Just like a smoker, who knows that smoking is bad, but he cannot quit smoking, in the same way, you cannot attain those five things said above easily due to lack of energies. Guru is the channel through which you gain those energies. It does not mean, I am saying, you need to dance around Guru and waste your time in such pompous activities.

Very basic things such as showing the respect to the Guru. It does not mean you say just say Namaste all times. Some people talk to Guru in the tone such as “Hey Guru – What man, whats up? How is life going on with you man?” – In this tone some people talk. It is a subtle thing that you can understand, what I am talking about.

Some even argue with Guru.  Some even teach Guru – saying that is right, this is wrong. I know what is spirituality – you do not have to much say – all these they talk. Some even show off their knowledge to the Guru (information of google which they think is knowledge). Such talks and behaviors create unnecessary karma (Do not think, Guru curses).  Guru will never curse, but it is the laws of Nature that naturally creates karma for you. There are certain laws of Nature (Dharma) as to how to behave with Guru, how to treat Guru and all. Guru is above God. If God gets angry, Guru can settle the matter. But if Guru gets angry, God or Nature cannot settle the matter. Guru takes the body purposely by accepting the pains, disgraces and all he will receive from people and he takes the body, for the welfare of the people despite the pains they give to him. Following Gurugita is very difficult for today’s spiritual aspirant. But truth is only that which has to be accepted, mentally even if it is not followed physically. If you cannot accept Gurugita, that is your issue and problem of the personality.

If Guru gives you a mantra, some people are searching online about those mantras. That shows the lack of faith and confidence in Guru. If that is the case, why should you follow this path?

What is Mantra?
Whatever Guru says, it becomes mantra. If Guru gives you a mantra like “TIKTOK” – that becomes your mantra. If you search online about TIKTOK and if you think there is no such mantra at all and the guru is playing with you if you think, that is your issue then.  Mantra is cosmic power of Guru’s word. Only if the Mantra comes from Guru’s mouth, it will have power. Just by chanting any mantras, they won’t give you any power or benefits. If you have such behaviors, I would suggest you please leave the lessons. By carrying such attitude, you will not GAIN ANYTHING by reading these lessons. Because if you don’t have faith in Guru, its like taking a physical pill (that does not carry any medicine in it). So reading these lessons become just like that pill. How much ever you read and practice, you will not get anything at the end. Your effort will be just waste of time.

Loving other Gurus is fine
The point you need to understand is, every Guru’s responsibility is to connect his followers or loved ones to Super Natural Power and Nature so they get liberation. This is the goal of every Guru.  In case you like any other Gurus or read their books or worship them, that is okay. You do not have to worry about it. The main point you need to understand is – That Guru whom you love or like is the one, who connected you to the path of Aumism, expecting you to connect to the Nature and Super Natural Power. That is what exactly happens at Aumism. How to practice is, in case you love such Guru, you can see that Guru whom you like, in the physical Guru of the path of Aumism. By practicing that way, you will not have any conflicts. Guru is a tattva. The basic roots of every Guru remain the same but the teachings vary based on their mission (which is based on that specific time and space). As per the time, Nature makes use of every guru to communicate something (based on the need of Nature at that juncture). Only teachings vary. But the basic sea bed is same (love and ultimate objectives of every Guru remains the same). The best example is, you cannot forget the school teacher of your previous class. Because of that teacher only, you reach the higher class. It does mean you hold on to the previous class teacher and remain always in the same old class. It also does not mean, that you need to hate the old teacher.  By carrying the love and affection for the old teacher, you need to move on further in your evolution – that is the point that needs to be taken and followed.

In the Involuntary Kriya Path
If involuntary Kriyas have started in you, it means, your kundalini is invoked and your soul is ready to take its journey and the soul starts driving the body and mind. For normal people, the mind and the body drives the soul. Normal people totally curb the soul. Soul for everyone is like a small child. All elders how they curb the children? In the same way, the mind of the man curbs his own soul. Soul never wants a man (even a bad man) to do things that are against the Nature. But all people curb their soul and they lead their mind based life (which forms out of their own desires and preferences).

Once involuntary kriyas start in you, your soul starts getting activated and the child (soul) starts to express his feelings to you. Then you should follow him rather than following your mind (which is full of your preferences and desires) and curbing the soul.

People who have these kriyas, are required to have the basics mentioned above (5 points above) and work them first towards showing their respects and love for the Guru (Shree Dakshina Murthy).

All gurus, their paths their techniques and their objectives are like the responsibilities they are given by the Nature / Cosmos. It is like imagine there is a security guard, a receptionist, a manager and so on in a corporation. In the same way, these gurus, their paths and techniques are like that. They all carry their own frequencies and spiritual energies. All those Gurus are meant for those who are YET TO INVOKE their kundalini.

Sometimes, even without kundalini invoking, some people get connected to Aumism and its path, because of the divine grace. Such souls are so pure (much purer than in those, the kundalini is invoked).

But after kundalini being invoked, you are meant to connect to the super natural power and Nature.

All gurus works are like this – imagine there is a story. As per the situation, hero protects some people and later as per the situation the same hero tries to steal something, the same hero, later as per the situation tries to promote a drug business. In this whole story, it is Hero which means the best man, but as per the situation that demands, he is fitting in various roles. All gurus fit in their roles in the whole story of the cosmos. Every Guru meets certain mindsets (of people) and only those people are meant for him to evolve them. All people do not like a specific Guru. Various people based on their mindsets they like various Gurus. Imagine you are required to tune to a Guru (lets say as per this story the Hero) who is a dancer and the role of the dancer in the movie comes after 1 hour of movie. After one hour only that role of the hero comes. Though you are at the point of 1 hour of the movie, imagine you wanting and connecting to the drug dealer role of the hero. That role of the hero went away and it belonged to the past. You are required to watch and tune to the current role of the Hero. If you tune to the drug dealer role (which went away) you tune to the old frequencies of the Hero which will not benefit you to live the live at this juncture. In the same way, for spiritual aspirants, they are required to tune to the path they are meant to which does not involve any Gurus but rather connect to Super Natural Power and the Nature. If you tune to the all the other gurus who came earlier, it is as if connecting to the older version of the software (imagine you have iphone and current version could 10 plus but imagine you have a latest iphone device but imagine you loading 2 version of iOS software in your latest hardware iphone device). It is simply like that.

The Path Of Advanced Kriyas
If you have the kundalini kriyas happening in you, naturally, various techniques such as shambhavi mudra, khichari mudra, nuali kriya, various pranayama techniques and various charka bhedanas (chakra piercing) of the sushumna naadi will happen automatically here. You do not have to especially practice them manually.

You can see this video – a small boy automatically getting into shambhavi mudra.  At his age, he does not even know what is Shambhavi Mudra. In this path, all magics of Yoga and siddhis (powers) also come naturally and happen naturally.

Involuntary kriyas are just like an auto driving mode of your car (imagine there is an artificial intelligent non manual driver who drives your car). You just have to sit, and he perfectly knows how to drive your car. In the example of car, the auto-driver is also made by the man. But whereas in the case of cosmos, auto-driver is not man made and he is none other than the God / Guru / Nature (Shree Dkahsina Murthy and all his cosmic team).

Surrendering means this only, letting the driver operate your car. Surrendering does not mean, you need to give your money, properties and all. Do not misunderstand like that.

Arjuna gets confused about all technologies of Yoga that so far explained by Krishna. Then Krishna finally says, just simply surrender to me, I will take care of all the things and drive your chariot (body and life). Surrender means, having faith and love for the Guru the driver of your chariot. Guru is Shree Dakshinamurthy.

Surrender means, listen to the voice within of the Guru. If the inner voice says take left, you should take left. If you take right and oppose with the inner voice, the guru will start exiting from your system. Because, there is no point for him, being in you when you do not listen to him. That is how it is. Not following inner voice of the Guru is like curbing the voice of that small child explained above.

Losing the will and personal personality of the man is nothing but this only. Imagine your body needs hot coffee not ice tea at this moment, so you will be naturally given hot coffee. If you apply your mind and drink ice tea or something else, you might have health problems. So the driver knows how to do kriyas in you and operate your kundalini. The driver in the Aumism is Guru Shree Dakshinamurthy who is the Guru of all Gurus who came to the earth so far.

 

Kundalini can never be operated
Your kundalini is nothing mirror image or the particle of the cosmic kundalini. All yoga techniques are meant to awaken the kundalini and later the operation of the kundalini will be in the hands of the cosmos, Nature and various other divine cosmic forces. All the operators of Kundalini in the real world currently are marketers and in fact all the people who are practicing such methods have gone into psychic problems. The Truth is kundalini operation is a divine operation and its advancement benefits in all aspects of physical and spiritual lives only when it is operated by the cosmic force.

You can never operate your kundalini or awaken your kundalini on your own. No matter you go upside down do meditation for millions or years. You will not get anything.

For kundalini awakening and its journey upward, the above said five elements (1.Vairagya (detachment) 2. Devotion, 3. Universality , 4. Discipline 5. Guru are necessary).

These are pre-requisites of awakening the kundalini and it is cosmic operation. Kundalni awakening is not an individual and personal operation.  These things, mostly some Indians know and mostly people from other countries do not have these ingredients due to cultural background.

To practice these five elements, you are required to

1. Try to leave even spiritual desires as no book readings or other gurus or internet can evolve you spiritually. The true knowledge has to come from within like “the first man who found fire”. First man found fire from within. He did not have google then. practice the kriyas given as these kriyas will take you inward. The more you go inward (not outward towards books and google), the more you will start communing with your true self and the Guru / God. The inwardness gives you more soul happiness. The more you go outward, the more you do all those physical yoga asanas, google reads and book reads. Those are all outward things. You are required to go more and more inward. Have the super natural power within you who will direct you from within. He is Shree Dakshinamurthy the Guru of the Gurus.
2. Devotion – You can have the Guru Dakshina Murthy picture and daily put a flower to that picture and chant the Guru mantra with devotion. You are also given some chanting for the Guru in this month lessons. You can chant that in your own mother tongue.
3. Universality – start loving other people. Do not hate them and start seeing your own self in others. Without seeing this, you not ascend in your spiritual life. Learn to give out things such as donating some beggars or helping some people directly (not donating to churches and yoga ashramas-they won’t help you )
4. Discipline – practice the kriyas given as these kriyas will take you inward. The more you go inward (not outward towards books and google), the more you will start communing with your true self and the Guru / God.
5. Guru – Guru is Shree Dakshina Murthy. You should also learn to see the same Guru in the physical Guru of this path. It does not mean, you fall on my feet and do dancing and singing around me by praising me. I do not need all these. Have that love in your heart which will help you in your inward spiritual journey. Without respecting the physical food, the energy of the food would not benefit you. Without properly treating the physical cable wire, electricity will not flow well. I am not asking you to donate me anything nor fall on my feet. I am not talking about those “who ask questions and clarifications” – Questions and requests for clarifications are most welcome. I can type or speak quite long time out of my love. There are some who argue on the clarifications given. Every question yours require lot of explanation and it is that kind of subject. I am happy to give all such explanations but despite all such self-less efforts of mine, if they argue, then the “LAWS OF NATURE” won’t accept such deeds. It does not mean that I am hurt and saying all these as per your human and social ways of talking. I am pure consciousness and I do not have mind nor do I have heart or do I have intellect to rationalize things. Wins and losses, praises and disgraces are equal to me and I am not moved by them. I am talking about the “LAWS OF NATURE”. If the laws of nature (dhrama) are not followed specially with Guru, it is you, who will get hurt.
6. This path is totally of the TEACHINGS FROM INSIDE. You, having the GURU WITHIN. In Kaliyuga (this juncture of the world), all Gurus teach orally certain techniques and they don’t even reveal the secrets of having GURU within. You can go to any path and ashram in the world and see if they teach you “how to have the guru within”. They will show you a journey of few years together which will not reveal the truth of having Guru inside. In fact others cannot bring the GURU in to you. It is a divine will that brings the Guru into you and that is the divine work at Aumism. This path of Aumism, is revealing the secret of having Guru within and advancing in life. Without having minimum respects for the physical Guru, nothing will be achieved in spirituality and in fact such bad actions of yours will only EARN YOU BAD KARMA that will have to go through. I am also not the doer in this path. My body is being used by the cosmic force for its divine work. I do not have any personal attachments, even with this path too! Divine is the creator, sustainer and doer of this path and the whole cosmic governance system and the laws of nature and the unlimited nature force and energy are the gate holders and guardians of this path. I also observed some great souls who carry that love for the physical guru and the Guru Shree Dakshina Murthy in their hearts. Thy do not even express their love outside.  But that love can be felt by the Guru Shree Dakshina Murthy. I bow to such (you don’t have to bow, I will bow) great souls who will advance greatly in spirituality. Such people get the divine knowledge from within.
