In this video my daughter on the live camera got the voice from the guru within to communicate a message to the audience. So she talks about a story related to lord Krishna and it is a divine message that you cannot expect from a 12 years old child.  She delivers many divine messages and guidance that she receives in her daily Mantan Kriyas.

Exercises to increase faith and love for Guru

As said in the earlier lesson, faith grows towards Guru, as you give more and more respect and love for the Guru Shree Dakshinamurthy.

1. Having his picture in your altar
2. Putting a flower with love and respect for him every day after bath in the morning
3. Lighting a Diya / Deepak / Candle light by chanting the Guru Mantra, every day
4. Chanting the Guru Mantra more and more
5. Following the path of Aumism – following the path itself means, having the respect and love for the path. The path itself is Guru. Path and Guru are not separate

In this context, I would like to introduce you to the following Sloka, which you can chant everyday when you put flowers to the Guru’s photo or whenever you can you can chant too

• Gurave sarva lokanam,
• Bhishaje bhava roginam,
• Nidhaye sarva vidhyanam,
• Shree Guru Dakshinamurthaye namah

You can say the above Sanskrit version or you can say the meaning as explained below.

1. Gurave sarva lokanam
   If you cannot say it in above Sanskrit version, you can say in English or in your own mother tongue this way – Shree Dakshinamurthy, You are the First Guru and you are the teacher of the world.
2. Bhishaje bhava roginaam
   If you cannot say it in above Sanskrit version, you can say in English or in your own mother tongue this way –You are the doctor who can cure the soul and body related diseases
3. Nidhaye sarva vidhyanam
   If you cannot say it in above Sanskrit version, you can say in English or in your own mother tongue this way –You are the source of  all types of knowledge and skills.
4. Shree Guru Dakshinamurthaye namah
   If you cannot say it in above Sanskrit version, you can say in English or in your own mother tongue this way – Shree Dakshinamurthy, My loves and salutations to you.
   

You say this in your mind for three times in the morning or whenever you can , you can say this in your mind.

After completing the kriya, do not get up immediately and get into the world. Sit there for a while and then get up. After getting into the world also, better maintain the mouna (not talking to anyone) for about ten to fifteen minutes.
